We'll meet at the Garden Center Building (at the NE corner of Sugar House Park at 1602 E 2100 S) before running a warmup lap around the park & then heading down to the Highland High track for the workout: Ladder: 200m, 400m, 600m, 800m, 600m, 400m, 200m; rest = 200m walk/jog
